Hi, I’m Erin and I am one of the vets here at Valley Cottage Vets. I am a BVSc-qualified veterinarian who graduated at the end of 2021. My favourite part of being a vet is all the cute animal cuddles I get each day—closely followed by performing soft tissue surgery. I also love working alongside my wonderful colleagues and building strong relationships with clients.
I have always had a soft spot for animals, especially cats and chickens (my very first pets). At home I’m kept busy by Scout—a Chihuahua x Jack Russell x Papillon—and my three cats, Jet, Pepper, and Soot. Outside of the clinic, I’m incredibly active and enjoy running (having completed several half marathons and currently training towards my first full marathon), power lifting, hiking, netball, and horse riding, with hopes to get back into eventing in the future.
